Hi, for those of you who want to know.  I was born in a small town in Michigan called Hudson in 1966.
I spent the typical Rural Childhood on a farm in Pittsford.  I went to a small school and always looked forward to
where we would drive over the Summer.

I graduated from Pittsford High in 1984 and went on to MSU(Go Spartans!!) earning in 1989 my BA in Telecommunications.  That fall; after being dropped on my head, I joined the Army as a Biomedical Equipment Repairer. I love to visit new and exciting places, to find me on post on the weekends was difficult.  I got a pass when I could, but on most weekends I went on what I call a weather pass; I went weather I had a pass or not!!

My army career took me to Ft Polk,Louisian, Camp Casey, Korea, and a wonderful (NOT!) summer in Hati.  All in all a fun time.  Well in a bit of ironey, my career ended, back where it started at the United States Army Medical Equipment and Optical School at what is left of Fittsimmons Army Medical Center, Aurora CO.  This post is a victim of B.R.A.C. and was Fitsimons Army Garrison when I left.  It is now part of the University of Colorado Medical School.

I now live and work in New Palestine, Indiana a small town 6 miles east of I-465 around Indianapolis.  My new job sends me to medical facilities throughout Indiana, Kentucky and parts of W. Verginia.  It gives me plenty of opertunity to find new train watching spots.
